Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 January 2025
1. Entry & Supervision
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times while at Meerkat Manner, unless otherwise agreed for a supervised party booking. Socks must be worn in the play area at all times.
2. Bookings & Payments
Party bookings require a deposit to confirm the date. Full payment is due prior to or on the day of the party. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Health & Safety
Children who are unwell should not attend the play centre. Meerkat Manner reserves the right to refuse entry where a health or safety risk is identified.
4. Liability
While every care is taken to provide a safe play environment, Meerkat Manner is not liable for injuries sustained as a result of failure to follow posted rules and staff instructions.
